I did another wedding cake for the daughter of a friend of a friend. I think it turned out really lovely. Here is a side-view of the cake. The bride asked for dogwood icing flowers on the cake. The cake was a 3-tiered white and chocolate. The white was filled with Bavarian cream and strawberries, and the chocolate (made from scratch) was filled with a butter cream frosting. The flowers on top of the cake were arranged by the florist, but I arranged the flowers around the base of the cake.
